Ninjabrix ("we", "us") operates the ninjabrix.com marketplace and the Ninjabrix mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted — we never see it in readable form).
- Listing content: item titles, descriptions, prices, city, and any photos you upload.
- Messages: messages you send to other users through the platform.
- Sales records: sale prices you report, used to calculate our commission.
- Technical data: basic log data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting providers.
How We Use It
- To operate your account and display your listings to other users.
- To deliver messages between buyers and sellers.
- To calculate and invoice our 5% commission on completed sales.
- To review reported listings and enforce our terms.
- To send you service emails, such as account confirmation and password resets.
What Is Public
Your listings, including photos, price, city, and the name on your profile, are visible to anyone using Ninjabrix. Your email address is never shown publicly. Messages are visible only to you and the person you're messaging.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make Ninjabrix work:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and photo storage.
- Resend — sending account emails.
- GitHub Pages / Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Records of completed sales are retained after account deletion for accounting and tax purposes.
Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account Settings inside the app or website. This removes your profile, your listings, and your messages. Sales records are retained as described above.
Children
Ninjabrix is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.

- بيانات تقنية: بيانات سجل أساسية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح، تُجمع تلقائياً من مزودي الاستضافة.
كيف نستخدمها
- لتشغيل حسابك وعرض إعلاناتك للمستخدمين الآخرين.
- لإيصال الرسائل بين المشترين والبائعين.
- لحساب عمولتنا البالغة 5% على المبيعات المكتملة وإصدار فواتيرها.
- لمراجعة الإعلانات المُبلّغ عنها وتطبيق شروطنا.
- لإرسال رسائل الخدمة إليك، مثل تأكيد الحساب وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور.
ما هو علني
إعلاناتك، بما فيها الصور والسعر والمدينة والاسم الظاهر في ملفك، مرئية لأي شخص يستخدم نينجابركس. بريدك الإلكتروني لا يُعرض علناً أبداً. الرسائل مرئية لك وللشخص الذي تراسله فقط.
مع من نشاركها
نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي الخدمات الذين تعمل نينجابركس من خلالهم:
- Supabase — قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الصور.
- Resend — إرسال رسائل الحساب.
- GitHub Pages / Cloudflare — استضافة الموقع وتوصيله.
وقد نفصح عن المعلومات عند الاقتضاء بموجب القوانين المعمول بها.
مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما بقي حسابك قائماً. تُحفظ سجلات المبيعات المكتملة بعد حذف الحساب لأغراض محاسبية وضريبية.
حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائياً في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب داخل التطبيق أو الموقع. يؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة ملفك الشخصي وإعلاناتك ورسائلك. أما سجلات المبيعات فتُحفظ كما هو موضّح أعلاه.
الأطفال
نينجابركس ليست موجّهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً أنشأ حساباً، تواصل معنا وسنقوم بإزالته.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا على العنوان أدناه.
التغييرات
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة. سيتم الإعلان عن أي تغييرات جوهرية على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ محدّث.
