Privacy Policy
Ninjabrix ("we", "us") operates the ninjabrix.com online shop. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted — we never see it in readable form).
- Order details: delivery method, your nearest Redbox station or meetup preference, and any note you add.
- Order history: what you bought, when, and the amount paid, kept for accounting.
- Technical data: basic log data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting providers.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are popular. It uses no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.
How We Use It
- To operate your account and let you track your orders.
- To process, deliver, and keep records of your orders.
- To send you service emails, such as account confirmation and password resets.
What Is Public
Nothing you provide is shown publicly. Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery details are visible only to you and to Ninjabrix.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make Ninjabrix work:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and photo storage.
- Resend — sending account emails.
- GitHub Pages / Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and privacy-friendly visit statistics.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Records of completed sales are retained after account deletion for accounting and tax purposes.
Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account Settings inside the app or website. This removes your profile, your listings, and your messages. Sales records are retained as described above.
Children
Ninjabrix is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.

تدير نينجابركس ("نحن") متجر ninjabrix.com الإلكتروني. توضح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي نجمعها، ولماذا، وما هي الصلاحيات المتاحة لك بشأنها.
المعلومات التي نجمعها

- تفاصيل الطلب: طريقة التوصيل، وأقرب محطة ردبوكس أو تفضيل الاستلام، وأي ملاحظة تضيفها.
- سجل الطلبات: ما اشتريته ومتى والمبلغ المدفوع، ويُحفظ لأغراض محاسبية.
- بيانات تقنية: بيانات سجل أساسية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح، تُجمع تلقائياً من مزودي الاستضافة.
- إحصائيات الزيارات: نستخدم Cloudflare Web Analytics لعدّ زيارات الصفحات ومعرفة الصفحات الأكثر زيارة. لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ولا يتتبعك عبر المواقع الأخرى، ولا ينشئ ملفاً تعريفياً عنك.
كيف نستخدمها
- لتشغيل حسابك وتمكينك من متابعة طلباتك.
- لتنفيذ طلباتك وتوصيلها وحفظ سجلاتها.
- لإرسال رسائل الخدمة إليك، مثل تأكيد الحساب وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور.
ما هو علني
لا يُعرض أي شيء تقدّمه للعامة. اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم جوالك وبيانات التوصيل مرئية لك ولنينجابركس فقط.
مع من نشاركها
نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي الخدمات الذين تعمل نينجابركس من خلالهم:
- Supabase — قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الصور.
- Resend — إرسال رسائل الحساب.
- GitHub Pages / Cloudflare — استضافة الموقع وتوصيله وإحصائيات الزيارات المحافظة على الخصوصية.
وقد نفصح عن المعلومات عند الاقتضاء بموجب القوانين المعمول بها.
مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما بقي حسابك قائماً. تُحفظ سجلات المبيعات المكتملة بعد حذف الحساب لأغراض محاسبية وضريبية.
حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائياً في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب داخل التطبيق أو الموقع. يؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة ملفك الشخصي وإعلاناتك ورسائلك. أما سجلات المبيعات فتُحفظ كما هو موضّح أعلاه.
الأطفال
نينجابركس ليست موجّهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً أنشأ حساباً، تواصل معنا وسنقوم بإزالته.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا على العنوان أدناه.
التغييرات
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة. سيتم الإعلان عن أي تغييرات جوهرية على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ محدّث.
