Terms of Sale

Ninjabrix is an independent shop selling genuine Ninjago minifigures in Saudi Arabia. These terms apply to every order placed through ninjabrix.com.

1. Seller Details

Ninjabrix, operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact: support@ninjabrix.com

Commercial registration or freelance certificate number, and registered address, to be displayed here once issued, as required by the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before ordering.
• An account is required to place an order so that you can track it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for providing accurate contact details.
• You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

3. Figures and Condition

• All figures are genuine. Each listing states whether it is new and sealed or used, along with the season it comes from.
• Photographs show the actual item you will receive.
• Any missing accessories, damage, or wear known to us is described in the listing. Used figures may show normal signs of play.
• Each figure is unique and available in a quantity of one unless stated otherwise. Once sold, it is removed from sale.

4. Prices and Payment

• Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Redbox delivery is charged at 25 SAR per order. Collection in person is free.
• Payment is by bank transfer or STC Pay, or in cash where you collect in person. Nothing is charged automatically at checkout.
• After you place an order we will contact you with payment details. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• We may cancel and refund an order if payment is not received within a reasonable period, or if an item turns out to be unavailable.

5. Delivery

• We deliver through Redbox parcel lockers anywhere in Saudi Arabia. You provide your nearest station at checkout and receive a collection code.
• Collection in person can be arranged by agreement.
• We aim to dispatch within a few days of payment clearing and will let you know if anything will take longer. Where no period is agreed, dispatch will not exceed 15 days from confirmation of your order.
• Risk passes to you once the item is collected from the Redbox station or handed to you in person.

6. Returns, Cancellation and Refunds

• Before dispatch: you may cancel any order for a full refund by contacting us.
• After delivery: you may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in the condition it was sent, including any sealed packaging being intact.
• Not as described or damaged: if an item does not match its listing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.
• Refunds are issued by the same method you paid, normally within 7 days of us receiving the returned item or agreeing the refund.
• Return delivery costs are yours where you simply changed your mind, and ours where the item was not as described or was damaged.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' data, or copy its content or design. We may refuse service or close accounts where these terms are breached.

8. Intellectual Property

The Ninjabrix name, logo, site design, code, product photographs, and written descriptions are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Ninjabrix is an independent reseller of genuine LEGO® products and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. Product names and set numbers are used only to describe the items we sell.

9. Liability

We are responsible for supplying figures as described and for the obligations set out above. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for delays caused by a delivery provider, or for items damaged after collection. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.

10. Your Data

We collect only what we need to process your order. See our Privacy Policy for details of what we hold and how you can have it removed.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
