Terms of Service

By using Ninjabrix, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

1. What Ninjabrix Is

Ninjabrix is a listing and messaging platform that connects buyers and sellers of collectible brick sets and parts. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate anyone else.
• You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

3. Listings

When you post a listing, you confirm that:

• You own the item or are authorised to sell it.
• Your description, photos, and price are accurate and not misleading.
• The item is legal to sell and not counterfeit.

You may not list: counterfeit or replica goods, stolen items, weapons, illegal items, or anything prohibited under the laws of Saudi Arabia.

4. Commission

Listing on Ninjabrix is free. When a sale is completed, Ninjabrix charges the seller a commission of 5% of the final sale price.

• Sellers are required to record completed sales on the platform using "Mark as Sold".
• Commission is invoiced to the seller and settled directly with Ninjabrix.
• Deliberately concealing completed sales to avoid commission is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Messaging Conduct

Messages must not be used for harassment, spam, scams, or sharing content that is unlawful or offensive. We may review reported messages to investigate abuse.

6. Reporting and Moderation

Users may report listings that violate these terms. We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or refuse service at our discretion where we believe these terms have been breached.

7. Disputes Between Users

Because Ninjabrix is not a party to transactions, disputes over payment, item condition, or delivery are between the buyer and seller. We may provide relevant records where appropriate, but we are not responsible for resolving disputes or issuing refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ninjabrix is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, items that are not as described, non-payment, or interruptions to the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Ninjabrix after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
